I'm currently developing an oil painting inspired by a scene from When Harry Met Sally. My practice involves reimagining moments from iconic romantic comedies to reflect on the shared experiences of modern relationships. Initially, I omitted subtitles from these scenes, believing the visuals alone conveyed the narrative. However, feedback has highlighted that incorporating subtitles enhances the viewer's understanding, prompting me to integrate them into my work.
